In the event that you are having problems with your purchase, we are here to help.
To be eligible for a Return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it.
- It must be sent back to us in its original packaging within Seven (7) days upon receiving the parcel.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return & Refund
Once we receive your items, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned items. We will immediately notify you on the status of refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate refund as per your original method of payment. The duration for the refund is subjected to your bank processing policy and procedures.
We will not be able to exchange if the item is delivered as per your order.
However, if a wrong item is being delivered to you, we will gladly exchange it with the correct item.
In this case, kindly return the item in the same condition as stated above and we will send the correct item to you, free of shipping cost.
Shipping Cost on Returning Items
We provide free return within Seven (7) days from the date of product delivery, after-which, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We apologize that shipping costs are non-refundable.
